STR Labs is a NABL and ISO 9001:2015 certified testing and research organization based in Baddi, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh. We specialize in delivering reliable, accurate, and standards-compliant engineering testing, investigation, and consultancy services to support infrastructure, construction, and industrial development. Our laboratory is equipped with advanced facilities for geotechnical investigations, material testing, non-destructive testing (NDT), topographical and GIS surveys, and detailed project report (DPR) preparation. STR Labs undertakes comprehensive subsurface investigations to determine soil and rock properties, including SBC evaluation in soil, boulders, and hard rock, supported by plate load tests, pile load tests, and earth resistivity testing. Our material testing capabilities cover soil, earth fill materials, aggregates, bricks, paver blocks, bitumen, emulsions, job mix formulas, and mix design in compliance with applicable Indian Standards.
We also provide specialized NDT and structural audit services using rebound hammer, ultrasonic pulse velocity, half-cell potential, carbonation testing, and ferro scanning to assess structural integrity and durability. With extensive experience in topographical surveys, DGPS, drone surveys, road and bridge surveys, and GIS-based planning, we support projects across challenging terrains, including high-altitude regions such as Ladakh and remote locations across India.
